At Love My Lather, we pride ourselves on creating high-quality, handcrafted soaps using the finest ingredients. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once you place an order, you can't return or exchange it. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase. We reserved the right to limit quantities.

Exceptions:

The only exception to this policy is if you receive an incorrect or defective product. In such cases, please contact us within three days of receiving your order. We will work with you to correct the issue promptly.

Provide your order number, a detailed description, and photos of the damaged or faulty item. We will review the situation and offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once the carrier says they've delivered the package, we're not responsible for any loss or theft. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure, and consider getting shipping insurance for valuable orders.
